The full amount of your reservation must be paid at the hotel on the day of arrival. No deposit is required, and credit card details are requested only as a guarantee.
Credit card validity may be checked prior to arrival at the hotel.

No Show :
If you do not arrive at the hotel on the day of arrival, your credit card will be charged for the first night's stay and your reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellation / Modification:
Cancellations or changes are free up to 48 hours before arrival. For later cancellations, your credit card will be charged for the first night's stay, and the reservation will be canceled.

Tourist Tax Not Included:
The amount to be paid is €0.66 per day.

From the 8th day onwards, no tax is applied.
The tourist tax is paid directly at the hotel upon arrival.
Children under 16 are exempt from this tax.

Obvious Pricing Errors
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking where the price has been affected by a technical or human error, clearly identifiable as unreal or grossly disproportionate. In such cases, the customer will be duly informed and, if possible, offered an alternative based on the correct rate.
